bournemouth marathon

with less than 5 months to go now is the time to guarantee your bournemouth marathon entry

date: sunday 6th october 2013

start time: 10am at kings park drive, bournemouth, bh7 6jd

price: there are various entry options, please click here to be taken to them 

route: running as it should be.  beautiful coastal views, a chance to run the boscombe and bournemouth piers and a spectacular finish.

age limit: 18 years and over

entry benefits: each runner will receive a wicking technical finishers t-shirt, accurate chip timing, 16 week training plan based on your fitness level, great medal, results posted your my details account within 48 hrs, race recovery pack and a fantastic running experience. 

finish area: reunion area, charity village, merchandise and catering, a great buzz and cheering crowd will be at the finish area around bournemouth pier and lower gardens

event chip timing: timings for all races will be recorded using a chip timing system - your timing chip will be embedded into your running number.

baggage: runners will be able to drop their baggage off at the baggage trucks at the start area and these will be transported to the finish area for you to pick up after you have finished your race.

hydration stations: hydration stations will be positioned approximately 5kms apart. bottles of water and high5 energygels will be available. toilets will be available at all hydration stations.
